	Welcome to our affordable housing site!

	This website is about an affordable housing development that we think you’ll really like, given everyone’s concerns about affordable housing in Toronto.We could really use your help. We’re developing an empty United Church on Ossington at Dupont into mixed, affordable, energy-efficient housing. We’ve been awarded federal-provincial funding, so we’ve almost reached our financial goal. You could help us close the gap. It’s an architectural gem- small scale, mixed, and sustainable, and we’ve got good community support. Your support would be really valuable. Monaco Place will transform lives by: providing housing that is affordable for individuals and families from low to modest incomes setting aside 25% of the units for victims of domestic violence and several for those with a range of disabilities providing 20 energy efficient and sustainably designed apartments creating a housing community that is safe and free from violence and discrimination with the capacity to extend support to its members creating a community where services and supports are available through committed local organizations, thereby encouraging and promoting the full participation of the residents in the life of the community creating community space that is accessible and inclusive.
